Developing Shared Values

Every organization, from teams of faculty to teams of ministry leaders to teams of teachers, needs to define and develop an understanding of their shared values. I can lead your team through a painless and fun process for developing shared values. This workshop involves some online pre-work (20 minutes), 1-2 face-to-face sessions via Zoom (1 hour each), individual follow-up work (20 minutes), and one final Zoom session (1 hour). Attached is one example of the outcomes of this exercise.
